Teton Minded is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), including the Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee Program (FEP) for federal employees, retirees, and their families covered under FEHB plans.
Federal employees: FEP Blue Cross
If you are a federal employee or retiree with a BCBS FEP plan, therapy here is covered as an in-network benefit. I bill FEP directly - you are responsible only for your copay, coinsurance, or deductible.
Blue Cross Blue Shield members
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield plans in Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, and Arizona, both in person in Jackson and by telehealth. Coverage varies by plan, so I will verify your benefits before your first session.
Other insurance plans
For other insurance providers, I provide a superbill you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Sliding scale options are available upon request.
